Nick's roots with Variable Elements go back to the bands inception. Born in Greece, his family moved to Philadelphia when he was 8 years old. He started playing guitar when he was 14. As a music major at the Community College of Philadelphia, he studied Jazz composition with famed jazz guitarist Jimmy Bruno, and also studied classical guitar. He has performed and recorded with various Jazz, Fusion, Pop, and Progressive Rock bands.
