Rich has been with Variable Elements since 2020. He grew up in West Chester, PA where he studied piano at West Chester State University and was accepted into the music education program at Susquehanna University. He decided to choose a different career path, and transferred to Temple where he received his Bachelors in Radio, TV, and Film, and had a successful career in direct response marketing. He's played in various cover and original bands over the years.
